Kurtis Gabriel had some strong words for Evander Kane’s conduct during their time together with the San Jose Sharks.
Gabriel recalled Kane routinely arriving late to team meetings, often walking in wearing flip-flops and a tracksuit while everyone else was dressed formally.

“Every time, almost, we start the meeting. The door clicks open. Here comes Evander, in his flip-flops, in his tracksuit when we’re in suit and tie or whatever.”

Gabriel said he often confronted Kane directly and believed the behavior stemmed from insecurity, calling him a “typical bully.”

“I’m not intimidated by him... He kind of is just a typical bully.”

Gabriel clearly didn't mince words when looking back on Kane's time in San Jose.
